If you request project recommendations, your description is sent through Lovable AI to generate suggestions. It is not saved as a consultation inquiry or added to the owner dashboard. Please do not include personal details, passwords or confidential information. Suggestions are informational and are not a quotation or a commitment to deliver particular work.
What I collect
When you submit a consultation inquiry I collect your name, email address, location, type of business, whether you have an existing website and its URL if you choose to share it, your social media needs, your project details and any contact preferences you add. When you send a contact message I collect your name, email address, subject and message. When you leave a review I collect your display name, optional business name and website address, the service you received, your rating and your review.
How it is used
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver or support your website, and — for reviews that you have given permission to publish — to display your review on this website. Your details are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored and protected
Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Only the site owner can view inquiry and message records. Reviews stay in a pending state until the owner approves them, and only approved reviews are shown publicly. Access to the owner area requires a sign-in and is checked on the server.
Your choices
You can ask at any time for a copy of the information you submitted, for corrections, or for it to be deleted. For reviews, publication only happens after you tick the permission box, and you can ask for an approved review to be removed.
Analytics
If website analytics are later enabled, they are used to understand which pages visitors read and which enquiries convert. Analytics settings and any consent controls are configured before analytics are switched on.
